Hidden Spaces Tours will be continuing into 2024 due to the success and interest both locally and beyond. Every other Saturday morning 11.45 -12.45pm.

Hidden Spaces Tours continue and we have a team of dedicated volunteers to guide you through the crypt of the church with stories of extraordinary characters who are buried within the vaults. Find out more about the rules and regulations around burials in the 18th and 19th century. Peer into the vaults and imagine how these would have looked 200 years ago. Follow our guide from here to the galleries of the church where you get a 360 degree view of the church and its suspended ceiling, the largest in Europe when built in the early 18th century. Hear about the colourful lives of those who served and worshipped in this amazing space.

These tours sell out regularly so please book early to avoid disappointment.  Please note there is a degree of bending as the crypt entrance is small and has steep steps. This tour is not suitable for people with mobility issues. To book your place please click here
